Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Nguyen Van Thien received the delegation of the Agricultural Reclamation Bureau of Guangxi province (China) yesterday.
Provincial Vice Chairman Le Huu Loc and representatives of relevant bodies also attended the meeting.
Chairman Thien welcomed their goodwill, saying that the province would always create favorable conditions for Chinese investors to seek investment opportunities in Binh Dinh.
He also briefed the delegation on the province’s potential and advantages in the field of agriculture. Accordingly, there are now 2,700 hectares of cassava across the province and the figure is expected to increase to 5,000 hectares, ensuring the stable operation of cassava starch processing plants.
The province’s leaders also hoped that Binh Dinh and Guangxi’s Agricultural Reclamation Bureau will cooperate in high-quality rice growing and livestock breeding.
Representative of Guangxi’s Agricultural Reclamation Bureau expressed many thanks the province’s leader for offering them valuable information, hoping that two sides will effectively cooperate in the agriculture sector.
