Quy Nhon SOS Children’s Village to receive financial assistance

Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Ho Quoc Dung held a meeting with Helmut Kutin, President of SOS Children’s Village on December 21.

Permanent Deputy Minister of Labour, War Invalids, and Social Affairs, Dam Huu Dac, and representatives of relevant bodies attended the meeting.

Dung expressed many thanks to SOS Children’s Village International and the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids, and Social Affairs for assisting the province in building the Quy Nhon SOS Children Village.

He said Binh Dinh has prepared a proposal for receiving orphans, calling for sponsorship from other bodies.

The province committed to create the most favorable conditions for the construction of SOS Children’s Village, according to Dung.

Mr. Helmut Kutin expressed his happiness on the province’s concern for social policies, saying that SOS Children’s Village International would offer the financial assistance for the operation of Quy Nhon SOS Children’s Village.
