CAPAS project begins

A seminar on strengthening capacity of water resource assessment and management took place in Quy Nhon city on December 30.

The seminar is one of initial steps for the implementation of the “Strengthening capacity for water resource and management” (CAPAS) project.

The CAPAS project assisted by Belgian Technical Cooperation is aimed at enhancing the strategic planning for water resource, raising the community’s awareness of water resource and improving the management capacity.

At the seminar, experts introduced the CAPAS project, salt water resource in Binh Dinh, and other related issues.
