Total retail, services sales reach over VND1,943 billion in Jan.

Central province of Binh Dinh secured over 1,943 billion of total retail and services sales in Jan., a year-on-year surge of 36%.

During Tet (lunar New Year) month, sales from key commodities jumped 26% against the last year’s Tet holiday with nearly VND370 billion.

 The province’s purchasing power in Jan. increased by 20%, particularly Quy Nhon city 28% compared Jan. 2008, according to provincial Department of Trade and Industry.

Co.op Mart Quy Nhon grossed nearly VND25.5 billion in sales in Jan., let alone Petec Binh Dinh JSC with VND25 billion.
