Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee has promulgated the Decision No 317/QD-CTUBND on building houses for policy and poor households under the “Social Welfare- For poor people” program sponsored by the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV).
Accordingly, BIDV will offer VND1 billion for Binh Dinh to build 50 houses for beneficiaries, poor ethnic minority people, and the disabled.
BIDV launched the program, aiming to respond to the Government’s measures to curb inflation, stabilize the macro-economy, and assure social security and sustainable development.
