Labour safety, fire prevention week marked

A ceremony was held in Phu Cat District on Mar. 18, responding to the national week on labor and hygiene safety and fire prevention.

Leaders of Vietnam Farmers’ Association and many provincial leaders attended the ceremony.

The ceremony aimed to raise the people’s awareness of labor-hygiene safety in agricultural production. It also conveyed the message calling on the reduction of labor accident and occupational diseases in fields of agriculture, forest, and fishing.

About 1,200 leaflets on labor safety and fire prevention measures were handed out. Participants then joined a march, responding to the ceremony.
