Under the project of capacity building for health system at grass roots level sponsored by the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI), Binh Dinh will be aided with nearly VND9 billion to carry out activities this year.
Accordingly, the health sector and relevant bodies will hold long-term training courses and offer monthly allowance, aiming to improve the capacity of health staff at grass roots level, the quality of health services, and the management of health system at grass roots level.
