6th national workshop on internal medicine held

The 6th national workshop on internal medicine was held in Quy Nhon city on April 20.

Permanent Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee Le Huu Loc attended the workshop.

This is the first time the central Binh Dinh province hosted the national workshop on internal medicine with the participation of over 1,000 doctors and medical experts nationwide and worldwide.

At the workshop, participants presented many scientific reports on cardiovascular diseases, arthritis, mental asthenia, diabetes, and advancements in diagnosis and treatment.

Speaking at the workshop, Loc emphasized that the important role of Quy Nhon as the host city for the workshop, helping doctors specializing in internal medicine to improve their qualifications.

The workshop also became a forum for doctors to present their medical studies, said. It was an opportunity for doctors and leaders in health sector in Binh Dinh to experience many things.

The workshop closed on April 21.
