Over 21,300 students sit for graduation exams

More than 20,000 candidates of 12th grade and 1,300 supplementary school students in Binh Dinh took the first subject in the 2009’s high school graduation exams on June 2.

Examinees will be tested in physics, biology, geography, literature, mathematics and a foreign language.

92 education inspectors from Quang Nam province were assigned to oversee the exams in Binh Dinh, let alone the province’s 68 inspectors and over 2,000 invigilators.

The Ministry of Education and Training’s inspectorate went on an inspection tour at some schools on June 2.

All invigilators and education inspectors were ready for the exams, said Tran Van Qui, director of the province’s Department of Education and Training.
