Officials meet with voters to discuss complaints

The Secretary of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee, Vu Hoang Ha, and his entourage on June 24 met with voters in communes of Phuoc My and Nhon Hoi.

Ha briefed the voters on the upcoming session of provincial People’s Council, the province’s socio-economic situation in the first six months this year.

The people’s representatives addressed some issues, focusing on the environmental pollution caused by businesses in residential areas and the compensation in site clearances for projects.

Ha and other officials answered the voters’ questions. Ha also admitted his mistake for the environmental pollution hasn’t been absolutely resolved.

He asked functional bodies to inspect each enterprise and reconsider the compensation for site clearances.

Ha also asked the local authorities to take into account the voters’ suggestion in order to solve problems.

* The province’s NA delegation held a talk with the Standing Board of provincial Fatherland Front Committee and representatives of its affiliates on June 24 to inform them about the result of the fifth National Assembly session.
