JICA’s SPL V delegation pays working visit to Binh Dinh

Vice Director of Binh Dinh Department of Planning and Investment Nguyen Minh Tam on August 7 received the delegation of Japan International Cooperation Agency’s (JICA) fifth Sector Program Loans (SPL V) headed by Mr Yuichi Fukasaka.

Two sides talked about the implementation of JICA’s SPL V-funded projects in Binh Dinh.

The province’s JICA SPL V project management board asked Y.Fukasaka to suggest the Central Management Board for adding VND10 billion to two projects, including Suoi So lake improvement and Tam Son water reservoir upgrade.

There are four JICA SPL V-funded projects in Binh Dinh, consisting of the improvement of Van An-Phu Thu road, Phu Phong water supply system, Suoi So lake, Tam Son water reservoir.

At present, all projects have been implemented, aiming to strengthen the localities’ socio-economic development.
