Iron ore processing plant construction licensed

Binh Dinh People’s Committee granted the license to Mien Trung Minerals Joint Stock Company to build an iron ore processing plant on August 6.

It will be built on an area of 21 hectares in Hoai Duc industrial cluster, Hoai Nhon district.

The plant, built at a cost of VND286.43 billion, has an annual output capacity of 400,000 tonnes.

It took only 24 hours for the project to be licensed.

The construction is expected to kick off by August 14 and the plant is scheduled to be fully operational by late 2010.
