Binh Dinh People’s Committee has submitted the proposal for Tay Son Binh Dinh martial arts academy establishment to the Prime Minister for consideration.

The project financed by Son My Co., Ltd belongs to Quy Hoa eco-tourism and sports complex which is expected to be built on an area of 26 ha in Ghenh Rang with the capital of nearly VND200 billion.

The complex will also include other items, such as swimming pools, sports grounds, sports medical centre, meeting hall, and tourism services.

Under the proposal, Binh Dinh is known as the cradle of traditional martial arts, particularly under the Tay Son movement.

Binh Dinh is also the venue for the international festival of traditional martial arts. The establishment of martial arts academy, therefore, aims to attract martial arts talents to Binh Dinh, contributing to the development of Tay Son martial arts.
