French expert pays working visit to Binh Dinh

Vice Chairwoman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh received France-based CARO consultancy firm’s urban infrastructure consultant David Albrecht on September 7.

He paid a working visit to Binh Dinh with the aim at finding the information on current projects and incoming plans in fields of drainage and water supply, environmental sanitation, and the infrastructure in the province.

French Development Agency (AFD) assigned CARO to study some cities in Vietnam, aiming to aid its ODA loans in Vietnam in the future.
