Raw materials area for pulp production to be built

A meeting was held yesterday, implementing the policy and plan on building the raw materials area for pulp production invested by Sai Gon-Binh Dinh Paper Joint Stock Company.

Binh Dinh People’s Committee had also ratified the Sai Gon-Binh Dinh Pulp Plant project invested by Sai Gon Invest Group’s Sai Gon-Binh Dinh Paper Company.

The plant worth 8,800 trillion VND is expected to be built in My Chau commune, Phu My district with an annual capacity of 140,000 tonnes.

A 42,000 ha-raw material area will be built in Binh Dinh from 2010 to 2016 with the participation of local households and businesses.
