The province’s Learning Promotion Association has proposed a proposal for receiving the World Bank (WB)-funded project on supporting poor junior high school students.

The project aims to help poor students graduating from junior high school have opportunities to continue their studying at private senior high schools, professional secondary schools, or technical secondary schools.

It is expected to be implemented in the academic year of 2010-2011. Under the project, Binh Dinh will receive 700 scholarships.
