14,687 households locate in danger zones

There are now 14,687 households with 58,734 residents locating in areas prone to flooding and landslides ,according to the province’s Steering Board for Flood and Storm Prevention and Control.

Binh Dinh People’s Committee has ratified a resettlement project worth 53.5 billion VND this year. The construction of resettlement areas have being finished before the rainy season.

In addition, some measures are now ready to evacuate residents from danger zones in case disasters happens. Warning signs were also put in areas prone to flooding and landslides.
