Vung Chua green urban construction set to start in 2010

Director of Kim Cuc Construction and Investment Co., Ltd Ngo Minh Phuoc confirmed the construction of Vung Chua green urban area will be kicked off this year.

The project which will be built on an area of 104.3 hectares in Ghenh Rang ward includes two phases. In the first phase, a five-storey trade center, a 12-storey multi-functional block, an international school, and an urban area will be built on an area of 4.68 hectares.

Also, an area of 13.32 hectares will be used for an eco-residential area, a small-scaled trade center, and afforestation.

The second phase will be started on an area of 86.3 hectares afterwards. The project is expected to finish by 2019.
