Binh Dinh Red Cross and the management unit for the disaster risk reduction project held a dress rehearsal for disaster prevention and control in Lac Dien hamlet, Phuoc Thang commune on October 29.
The dress rehearsal aimed to help the forces for flood and storm prevention and control, search and rescue to effectively respond to any possible cases happening in the stormy season and raise the people’s awareness of the flood and storm prevention, search and rescue.
