Relief aid offered to flood victims

Binh Dinh’s benefactors came to Quang Tan commune, Quang Trach district in Quang Binh province on October 30 and offered the flood relief to its residents who seriously suffered from the flood.

They then continued to go to provinces of Ha Tinh and Nghe An, helping two province’s flood victims.
