17,500 job opportunities generated
14:30', 4/10/ 2010 (GMT+7)

17,500 people have been offered new jobs since early this year thanks to the employment policies and the recovery of businesses, according to Binh Dinh Department of Labour, War Invalids, and Social Affairs.

The figure accounted for 70 percent of the yearly plan, a rise of 5 percent against the same period last year.

Wood processing, garment, footwear, and aquatic products are sectors requiring a large number of employees.

However, many firms which require more laborers couldn’t recruit new ones as their salary is low and there are no preferential policies.
