The district’s project management unit (PMU) has reviewed the total areas of the available forest land, making plan of the land survey, drawing maps and designing plots.

Meanwhile, its staff and the district’s permanent working team were also strengthened, setting up 8 self-managed farmer groups.

The training courses were held, helping target forest growers apply techniques of vegetation clearance, hole digging, muck fertilization and seedling selection from prestigious suppliers; on forest fire prevention and pestilent insect control.
