A water supply system has been approved to be built at southeast of Hoai Nhon district this year, said Ho Dac Chuong, Director of Rural Clean Water and Environment Centre under Binh Dinh Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

The system is designed to have the capacity of 2,500 cubic metre per day, supplying clean water for 30,000 people at coastal localities in dead need of water, including Hoai Hai, Hoai Huong, Hoai Xuan and Hoai My.

The total expenditure for the water supply system may reach an estimated figure of over VND62 billion, in which ADB covers 90 percent, the local budget funds 5 percent, and the beneficiaries pay the rest.
