The Binh Dinh People’s Committee held a meeting with the organizing board of the first forest product festival on October 12.
The first Vietnam forest product festival is scheduled to take place in Quy Nhon from March 26-29 next year.
The event aims to honor the forestry sector, experts, managers, and those who contributed to the sustainable development of Vietnam’s forestry sector.
The festival is also expected to generate more cooperation opportunities for domestic and foreign woodwork manufacturers.
At the meeting, the participants discussed the programme of the festival, asking the Dat Vo Advertising and Communications Company to detail the preparation for the event.
Concluding the meeting, provincial Vice Chairman Le Huu Loc said the first Vietnam forest product festival plays an important role in propagating the image of Binh Dinh; thus, it requires the synchronous cooperation among participating bodies.
