The households at My Quang commune were granted the land use right certificates |
A ceremony of granting land use right certificates for local households at My Quang commune, Phu My district was held in Phu My district on October 13.
Phu My is one of two districts selected to join the pilot phase of the VLAP. Since last October, 4 successful tenderers, Binh Nguyen Company, BNC, PECC4 and TDRE, have basically fulfilled their tasks of the land survey and mapping over an area of 47,215ha/49,463ha.
They have resolved 66,518/403,506 dossiers of the land claim and registration for the certificate issuance.
In Phu My alone, the tenderers has surveyed over 7,970ha, meeting 73% of target plan. The provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment decided to grant the certificates to 30 households at My Quang.
At the ceremony, the representative of the national VLAP acknowledged the efforts of the provincial VLAP Management Unit, the Phu My district People’s Committee and the tenderers, asking them to speed up the project’s progress rate.
