Industrial silicone plant to be built

The Mien Trung (central) Silicone one-member Co.,Ltd, a subsidiary of Khanh Hoa minerals investment joint stock company, were licensed to build an industrial silicone plant in the Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, announced the Binh Dinh Economic Zone Authority.

The plant which is designed to have the capacity of 12,000 tons per year will be built on an area of 4 ha with the capital of VND140 billion.

In the first phase, the plant will generate 6,000 tonnes of silicone per year in 2011 and the figure is expected to increase to 12,000 tonnes in the second phase which will finish by late 2012.

This is the 32 projects licensed to be invested in the Nhon Hoi EZ.
