Two kindergartens located at hamlets of Dinh Tri and Xuan Vinh, Hoai My commune have been in use again after being rebuilt for nearly one year.
These kindergartens were seriously damaged in the 2009’s storms. The repair is worth VND260 million, of which VND191 million was mobilized by Ha Noi Moi Newspaper and then pumped through Binh Dinh Newspaper.
