The Nikken Sekkei Civil Engineering Ltd’s architecture design was selected to carry out the planning for the Nhon Hoi new urban area, Binh Dinh People’s Committee has announced.
The provincial authorities also required that the consultancy should resolve the shortcomings and ask for more ideas from other experts.
The planning must be submitted to provincial People’s Committee for consideration.
