14:16', 20/10/ 2010 (GMT+7)

Deputy Minister of Justice Dinh Trung Tung paid a working visit to Binh Dinh on October 18-19. He worked with the province’s Department of Justice and Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement during two days.

According to the reports, Binh Dinh’s justice sector has still faced some problems, such as the shortage of qualified manpower and the inefficiency in the regulations on private auction and lawyer office management.

The department of civil judgment enforcement has fulfilled its tasks, according to the reports. However, it is also facing difficulties in personnel recruitment and the enforcement of some cases.

Deputy Minister Tung highly appreciated two sectors’ efforts and acknowledged their suggestions. He said that the Ministry of Justice has cooperated with relevant bodies to help local justice and civil judgment enforcement sectors resolve some difficulties.
