The Nam Ngan company was licensed to build a rest stop on the Quy Nhon-Song Cau road on October 19.
The rest stop, belonging to the Quy Nhon-Song Cau services and tourism route, will be built on an area of 7 ha with the total capital of VND48 billion.
It will also include different services for eco-tourism, offering an ideal rest stop to tourists.
The construction will kick off in the first quarter next year and finish by the fourth quarter of 2012.
