The 18th Party Committee Congress (2010-2015 term) of the central province of Binh Dinh has opened today (Oct.27).
349 delegates attended the Congress, let alone the representatives of the Politburo and Party Committees of provinces of Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Gia Lan, and Ha Tinh, former provincial leaders, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroes of the People’s Armed Forces.
On the opening day, some reports related to the executive board of the provincial Party Committee were presented. The representative of the Politburo also delivered a speech at the Congress.
