The Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee and Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) signed a regulation on cooperation between two sides on November 4.
Present for the ceremony were Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Vu Hoang Ha; Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Thien; BIDV’s Chairman Tran Bac Ha.
The Cooperation Regulation comprised 3 articles, 9 items with the following important contents: the executive committee of the party hierarchy and local government should take initiative in informing branches of BIDV of resolutions, decisions on socio-economic development, security and defense, environment, land and natural resources, etc. relevant to them. In case of emergency, the local Party Committees should demand BIDV and its branches to mobilize their staff and facilities in performing political duties of the localities. All of the Party Committees of BIDV’s branches had to abide by the resolutions and decisions issued by the local Party Committees and governments related to them.
On the occasion, BIDV medals were bestowed on 8 present and former provincial leaders.
