Binh Dinh People’s Committee had just issued a document on land pole and border marker manufacturing of Vien Dong Granite Stone Joint Stock Company (VIDOCO). Accordingly, the provincial People’s Committee assigned Binh Dinh Economic Zone Management Board a task of working with the company in setting aside a reasonable area from the leased land at Phu Tai Industrial Zone for the manufacturing.
The land poles and border markers would be manufactured as in a contract signed with Vietnam Institute for Building Science and Technology.
In case VIDOCO had no enough room for the manufacturing, the management board would propose another suitable area, creating favourable conditions for the company to manufacture the poles and markers, ensuring the deadline and the quantity as in the contract. The provincial People’s Committee also allowed the company to temporarily use a plot of available land which had been already designed to build a green park till December 31, 2012 if it couldn’t find space for the manufacturing. Yet, VIDOCO had to undertake to use the land for the right purpose, give back it to the management board at time required, seriously obey regulations on the IZ environment and landscape protection.
