Solve land clearance problems of the project “International Center for Interdisciplinary Scientific Meetings” construction

Binh Dinh People’s Committee has just issued a document to handle land clearance problems of the project “International Center for Interdisciplinary Scientific Meetings” construction (at Ghenh Rang ward, Quy Nhon city).

Binh Dinh Department of Natural Resources and Environment was given tasks of collaborating with other relevant bodies and agencies in inspecting the land clearance and making proposals to two ministries of Health and Finance about land and housing allocation for Quy Hoa National Leprosy Dermatology Hospital, and land recovery for the building of the International Center for Interdisciplinary Scientific Meetings.

Concerning removal of an anchorage and support fishermen in their change of jobs, the provincial People’s Committee commissioned Binh Dinh Centre of Land Fund Development to work with relevant agencies and localities in doing surveys on capacities of fishing boats, making proposal on suitable site of new anchorage, classifying the fishermen into two groups – one would be allowed to keep on their fishing and other had to change to new professions, suggesting on subsidy mechanism of job change and new job creation (if any), reckoning the total estimating costs of the planned subsidy and reporting the to the provincial People’s Committee for a decision.
