Relief arrives for flood-hit residents

The Military Commercial Joint- Stock Bank (MB) cooperated with the National Fund for Vietnamese Children and its affiliate in Binh Dinh visited and presented 50 gifts to disadvantaged children in flood-hit districts of Phu Cat and Tuy Phuoc on November 25.

The MB-funded gifts include schoolbags, books, and other necessities worth VND1 million each, helping them continue their studying.

Pumped through the Tuy Phuoc district’s Red Cross, the Ngoc An Buddhist temple in Long An Province and Huong Son, Hoa Phuoc, and Thai Binh pagodas in Da Nang presented 400 gifts to flood-hit residents in hamlets of An Loi and Lac Dien in Phuoc Thang commune on November 25.

The Da Lat city’s charity also visited and presented 250 gifts to local people in Vinh Hoa commune, Vinh Thanh district on November 25.
