The Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee has promulgated the cooperation regulations on environment protection in industrial zones in Binh Dinh on December 13.
The province’s Economic Zone Authority is assigned to take responsibility for the State management of environment protection in IZs.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment is authorized to be responsible for the hazardous waste disposal in IZs.
The regulations also set specific requirements for the infrastructure construction and operation in IZs.
