The 2010’s afforestation has been finished so far, according to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. A total of 6,284 hectares of forest were planted, exceeding over 50 percent of the plan.
This year’s afforestation saw many advantages thanks to prolonged rain and a full supply of seeds.
Noteworthy is that the forest growers focused on selecting high-quality seeds, helping trees grow well.
