Binh Dinh welcomes 970,991 tourists

About 970,991 tourists have come to the central province of Binh Dinh this year, an increase of 25 percent over the last year, according to the statistics released by Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.

The number of foreign arrivals to Binh Dinh was estimatedly 79,015, a rise of 37 percent. Domestic tourists have also risen - by 24 percent.

The most attractive destinations welcomed 79,109 visitors, of which 888 are foreign ones. The total tourism revenue is estimated at VND275.985 billion, a rise of 29 percent against the previous year.

At present, there are more than 105 hotels and hostels in Binh Dinh, including 4 four-star hotels, 2 three-star hotels, 7 two-star hotels, and 30 one-star hotels.
