Over VND800 mln raised for underprivileged teachers, students

The education and training sector has raised a  total of more than VND800 million, aiming to support underprivileged teachers and students living in flood-hit areas.

Among the financial assistance of over VND800 million, more than VND359 million will be use to help those who live in disadvantaged areas and over VND458 million will be donated to students and teachers living in flood-hit areas.

Also, 10 teachers who are suffering fatal diseases were financially supported by the labor union of the education and training sector.
