Binh Dinh’s aquatic products output reaches 140,224 tons

The province’s fishery sector has grown at a steady pace in 2010, according to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. The whole year’s aquatic products output reached 144,224 tons, a rise of 2 percent over 2009.

Among the total output, the sea products output got 132,000 tons, an increase of 1.8 percent and the aquaculture output recorded 8,224 tons, a surge of 4.7 percent.
