More than 800 studies, 100 initiatives implemented

A meeting was held by the Department of Health and its labor union on December 30 to fully review the scientific research and initiative movement in the 2001-2010 period.

The health sector’s scientific research and technical creativeness movement have strongly developed in the past 10 years.

More than 800 studies and 100 initiatives were carried out, rewarded high prizes at the province’s technical creativeness competitions.

Most studies and initiatives focused on advanced technologies which are used for medical treatment, diagnosis, pharmacy.

Speaking at the meeting, provincial Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh emphasized that the studies and initiatives not only improved the qualifications but also proved the medical etiquette.

She also asked the sector’s leaders to give more attention to the development of scientific research and initiatives.

Two outstanding bodies and three individuals were awarded at the meeting.
