Strategic proposal for city’s climate change adaptation approved

The strategic proposal for the adaptation to climate change in Quy Nhon city was approved in a meeting between the province’s panel for climate change and partners of the “Capacity building for responding to climate change in Quy Nhon city” project.

Accordingly, a plan for building the strategic proposal was also carried out, aimed at finishing the proposal by June, 2010.

Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee signed a memorandum of understanding with the Institute for Social and Environmental Transition (ISET) and Challenge to Change (CtC) on implementing the “Capacity building for responding to climate change in Quy Nhon city and adjacent areas” project.
