Five Filipino fishermen saved by Vietnam ship to return home

Five Filipino fishermen saved by a fishing boat from the central province of Binh Dinh was transferred to Philippines Embassy in Vietnam yesterday (Mar. 7) to return home.

The Binh Dinh’s fishing boat owned by Pham Ngoc Duong save them on February 8 and the Binh Dinh authorities received them later.

Five fishermen expressed their gratitude to the local authorities and Binh Dinh’s fishermen for helping them during the time in Vietnam.
