Workshop on “Law and competition policy in Vietnam” held in Quy Nhon

The Ministry of Industry and Trade’s Competition Management Department, Japan Fair Trade Commission coordinated with Binh Dinh Department of Industry and Trade to organize a workshop on “Law and competition policy in Vietnam” in Quy Nhon city on March 15.

At the workshop, experts offered participants an overview of the Vietnam’s law on competition, unfair competition, as well as other related issues.

Also, they talked about the behavior of unfair competition, such as instruction causing misunderstanding, obligation in business, and illegal multi-level sales.
