The 35th anniversary of Hoai Nhon district’s liberation day (March 28, 1975-2010) was celebrated yesterday (Mar. 27) in Hoai Nhon district.
Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province Ho Quoc Dung, representatives of provincial bodies, and scores of local people attended the ceremony.
At the ceremony, participants reviewed the revolutionary tradition in the anti-American resistance war. The campaign to liberate Hoai Nhon began in March 26, 1975 and the district was fully liberated two days later.
