Over 9.3 bn VND offered to improve health system

A meeting to review the “Capacity building for grass roots health system in some provinces in the 2007-2010 period” project sponsored by the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI) was held in Quy Nhon on April 8.

GAVI donated more than 9.3 billion VND to Binh Dinh, helping improve the quality of the medical workers and the management capacity of the health system at grass roots level.

Under the project, the province’s health sector focused on training medical workers and improving facilities at health stations.
