Binh Dinh Red Cross Society’s doctors offered the community-based rehabilitation and medical test to 150 disabled people in Tam Quan Nam commune, Hoai Nhon district, on April 17.

The test is expected to help reveal some information about the disabled, such as academic qualifications, marital status, and other health issues.

Also, the doctors offered them the financial assistance of 40.5 million VND, helping them stabilize their life.
