Planning for public notary service gets approval

The People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province has promulgated the Decision on approving the planning for the public notary service.

This is aimed at widely developing the public notary services across the province, meeting the people’s demands.

Under the Decision, the operation of existing public notary offices will be consolidated until 2010, helping them implement the financial self-control mechanism.

The establishment of public notary services will be focused in underprivileged areas or localities in which there are favorable conditions for its socialization.

According to the planning, the city and districts are divided into six areas for the development of public notary services, including Quy Nhon city; districts of Tuy Phuoc and Van Canh; districts of Tay Son and Vinh Thanh; districts of An Nhon; districts of Phu Cat and Phu My; districts of Hoai Nhon, Hoai An, and An Lao.
