The People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province has agreed in principle on the construction of Tan Thanh resort in Cat Hai commune, Phu Cat district.
The project, invested by Du Kim Joint Stock Company, is expected to be built on an area of 200 ha in accordance with the planning of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone.
The company will invest in building a resort with a hospital of international magnitude and various services.
The tourism in combination with health care services haven’t been seen in Vietnam in general and Binh Dinh in particular; thus, the company decided to invest in the field, according to its representative.
Tan Thanh is a beautiful valley surrounded by the Ba Mountain, facing the East Sea. This is an ideal destination for such a medical tourism project.
Du Kim JSC was offered a deadline of 6 months to complete its survey and planning, which will be submitted to the authorities for approval.
