The launching ceremony for the “Community awareness towards clean beach” initiative was held by the Nguyen Van Cu ward’s youth union on June 20 with the presence of 500 youth union members.
Under the first phase of the Quy Nhon city environmental sanitation project, this is one of 9 initiatives launched for a greener, cleaner, and more beautiful city. The initiative which is financed 171 million VND has been implemented along the city’s seashore from May 20, 2010 to April 30, 2011.
